PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as: the “Privacy Policy”), in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, regulates matters of importance for the processing of personal data carried out through the website, i.e. the SaaS platform named “METASTACK” (hereinafter referred to as: the “Platform”), by the company “METASTACK D.O.O. BEOGRAD”, with registered seat at Trg Nikole Pasica 7, Belgrade, Company registration number: 22121421, Tax identification number: 115157257.

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy informs Users about which personal data are collected via the Platform by “METASTACK D.O.O. BEOGRAD” in its capacity as Controller, defines the purpose and legal basis of their processing, the retention period of the data, instructions on Users' rights, procedures in the event of incidents, as well as the User’s consent that the Controller may collect, process and store their personal data via the Platform as further set out in this document.

1.2. The Platform, i.e. the Controller, uses Users' data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and undertakes to preserve the privacy of all Users, to collect only necessary, basic data about Users, i.e. data necessary for the operation of the service, the fulfillment of contractual obligations, informing Users, in accordance with good commercial practice and aiming to provide a quality service, all in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.3. By using services on the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy, i.e. that they have consented to the collection, processing and retention of data in the manner prescribed by this Privacy Policy.

1.4. The User declares that before accepting this Privacy Policy they have read, understood and accepted the terms set out in the document Terms of Use which can be found at the following link: https://metastackhq.notion.site/terms-of-service (hereinafter referred to as: the “Terms & Conditions”).

1.5. The Platform is owned and controlled by the company “METASTACK D.O.O. BEOGRAD”, with registered seat at Trg Nikole Pasica 7, Belgrade, Company registration number: 22121421, Tax identification number: 115157257 (hereinafter referred to as: the “Controller”).

1.6. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the rules provided by the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, and for everything not regulated by this Privacy Policy the provisions of that Law shall apply, where in case of divergent solutions the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia shall prevail.

1.7. This Privacy Policy is fully aligned with the Terms & Conditions. For all terms not listed in this Privacy Policy, the definitions from the Terms & Conditions shall apply.

2. MEANING OF TERMS

2.1. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the following meanings:

• SERVICE - the service provided to the Registered User via the Platform, i.e. the service of enabling access, uploading content and viewing content located on the Platform related to the computer game Counter-Strike (CS).
• REGISTERED USER - a person who has registered on the Platform and acquires the possibility of using the functionality of the Platform, i.e. using the Service.
• VISITOR - a natural person who is not a Registered User but has accessed the Platform, without the possibility to use its functionality or the Service.
• USER - a collective term for Registered User and Visitor.
